The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 (ten thousand Indonesian Rupiah) per transaction for most payment methods. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player VIP tier, typically ranging from Rp 50.000.000 to Rp 500.000.000 per transaction. Higher limits may be available upon request for verified VIP players.
Most deposits are credited to your grab4d account instantly or within 1-5 minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 15 minutes during high-traffic periods or outside banking hours. If your deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your grab4d account are legally obtained and belong to you. The bank account or e-wallet used for deposits must be registered in your name and match the name on your grab4d account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and reversal of the deposit.
grab4d does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees or service charges. You are responsible for any such fees charged by your financial institution.
Players may request withdrawals of their available account balance at any time, subject to these Terms and Conditions. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received, typically within the following timeframes:
Withdrawals processed outside business hours, on weekends, or on Indonesian national holidays may experience delays up to 24 hours depending on bank processing schedules. grab4d processes withdrawal requests 24/7, but fund availability in your bank account depends on your bank's clearing times.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah) per transaction. Maximum withdrawal amounts are:
Withdrawals can only be made to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your name. The account holder name must exactly match the name on your verified grab4d account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited for anti-money laundering compliance. You must use the same withdrawal method as your deposit method whenever possible, unless explicitly approved otherwise by grab4d support.
To prevent money laundering, all deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal, even if no bonus was claimed. For example, if you deposit Rp 1.000.000, you must place bets totaling at least Rp 1.000.000 before that deposit amount becomes eligible for withdrawal. Bonus funds have separate wagering requirements specified in the bonus terms.
grab4d does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per month. Additional withdrawals beyond three per month may incur an administrative fee of Rp 5.000 per transaction. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own receiving fees which are beyond grab4d's control.
grab4d reserves the right to delay or hold withdrawal requests pending investigation if we suspect:
During investigations, your account may be temporarily suspended. If violations are confirmed, winnings may be voided and only original deposits returned (if any).
Bonuses and promotions offered by grab4d are subject to specific terms and conditions for each offer. Bonuses are available only to eligible Players in good standing who meet the specified criteria. grab4d reserves the right to refuse or withdraw any bonus at our discretion if we suspect abuse, fraud, or breach of terms.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the multiple of the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) that must be wagered. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a Rp 500.000 bonus requires total bets of Rp 15.000.000 before the bonus and associated winnings become withdrawable.
Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements:
While playing with active bonus funds, you must not place individual bets exceeding Rp 50.000 (or 10% of the bonus amount, whichever is lower) until wagering requirements are completed. Bets exceeding this limit may void the bonus and any associated winnings.
Each bonus has a validity period (typically 7-30 days) within which wagering requirements must be completed. Any bonus funds and associated winnings not fully wagered within the validity period will be forfeited automatically. Validity periods are specified in each promotion's terms and cannot be extended.
Bonus abuse is strictly prohibited and includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinated betting with other players, betting on all possible outcomes to guarantee wagering completion, and any other strategy designed to exploit bonus offers without genuine risk. Detected bonus abuse will result in bonus forfeiture, winnings confiscation, and potential account closure.
All Players must engage in fair, honest gaming at all times. You must not engage in any form of cheating, collusion with other players, use of automated betting software (bots), exploitation of technical glitches, or any other conduct that provides unfair advantage. grab4d employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and reserves the right to void bets and confiscate winnings obtained through unfair means.

In the event of obvious errors in odds, results, or payouts, grab4d reserves the right to correct the error and settle bets at correct odds or void obviously erroneous bets. If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must contact customer support within 48 hours of settlement. After 48 hours, all settlements are considered final.

Technical difficulties, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, and other factors beyond grab4d's control may occasionally affect Platform availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, grab4d shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform or Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.
In no event shall grab4d's total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the use of the Platform exceed the amount of deposits you made to your account in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources not controlled by grab4d. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and conditions.
grab4d shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, telecommunications failures, or internet service provider failures.
You may close your grab4d account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance in your account (subject to wagering requirements and verification). Once an account is closed, it cannot be reopened. If you wish to return to grab4d, you must register a new account (subject to eligibility and our acceptance).

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where grab4d holds its primary operating license, without regard to conflict of law principles. By using the Platform, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for resolution of any disputes.
If you have a dispute with grab4d, you should first contact our customer support team to attempt informal resolution. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through customer support or management review shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by applicable law. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English in accordance with arbitration rules of the licensing jurisdiction.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute with grab4d will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of a class action, consolidated action, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against grab4d.
